P.H.M Meetings: Pentecostal Holiness Mission (P.H.M) currently has eight main meetings. These meetings are subject to change as administrational needs increase. As of today, we have the following Meetings: 1. General Meeting: this is done once every four years. This is where Pastors National wide and National Department Heads gather in a previously agreed venue. In this meeting , the church makes major decisions especially on constitutional amendments as proposed by the board, the Meeting holds election for national leaders which will lead to election of provincial leaders etc. Also in this meeting, the Church accepts reports from all provinces, Departments, the General Office also submits a report of their five years leadership term. 2. Annual Meeting: in this meeting all Pastors come together for fellowship, report submission, and ordination of new Pastors. In this meeting, the Central Committee is responsible in leading every activity concerning the gathering. The central Committee gives important instructions for the Church work. 3. Provincial General Meeting: this is done once in four years. This is where all pastors, Evangelists and provincial Department leaders gather for making important decisions. This is done after the General Meeting. The Meeting elect 6 Provincial leaders and takes important instructions from the Central Committee. 4. Provincial Annual Meeting: In this meeting, the provincial leaders as mentioned above meet for fellowship, and ordination of Evangelists, Elders, and Deacons. In this meeting, leaders give instructions as they receive from the central Committee. Also revival meetings are done as the schedule allow. This is done once a year in a previously agreed venue. 5. Section General Meeting: in this meeting, the section does the same as the province. 6. Section Annual Meeting: Does like the province. 7. Local Church General Meeting: in this meeting, all registered members in a particular Church, gathers under the leadership of the pastor (Chairman) and the church Secretary to hear a report of what the Church
