LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
P.H.M Leadership:
Pentecostal Holiness Mission (P.H.M) has centralized type of Government. There is a clear connection between all church leaders in the entire nation. The Church authority works as follows:
- CENTRAL COMMITTEE (it involves 6 top leaders; the General Superintendent, Deputy General Superintendent, General Secretary, Deputy General Secretary, Treasure and Deputy General Treasurer)
 - CHURCH BOARD (it involves the Central Committee, the Provincial Superintendent, and a few appointed members (appointed by the general Superintendent) when there is a need, plus National Heads of Departments.
 - PROVICIAL COMMITTEE (it involves the provincial Superintendent, Deputy Provincial Superintendent, Provincial Secretary, Deputy Provincial Secretary, Provincial Treasure, Deputy Provincial Treasurer)
 - SECTION COMMITTEE (it involves section Superintendent, Deputy Section Superintendent, Section Secretary, Deputy Section Secretary, Treasurer and Deputy Section Treasurer)
 - ORDAINED PASTORS
 - ORNAINED EVANGELISTS
 - CHURCH ELDERS
 - CHURCH DEACONS
 - LOCAL CHURCH DEPARTMENT LEADERS
