P.H.M Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pentecostal Holiness Mission (P.H.M) has centralized type of Government. There is a clear connection between all church leaders in the entire nation. The Church authority works as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. CENTRAL COMMITTEE (it involves 6 top leaders; the General Superintendent, Deputy General Superintendent, General Secretary, Deputy General Secretary, Treasure and Deputy General Treasurer)\n

  2. CHURCH BOARD (it involves the Central Committee, the Provincial Superintendent, and a few appointed members (appointed by the general Superintendent) when there is a need, plus National Heads of Departments.\n<\/li>\n
  3. PROVICIAL COMMITTEE (it involves the provincial Superintendent, Deputy Provincial Superintendent, Provincial Secretary, Deputy Provincial Secretary, Provincial Treasure, Deputy Provincial Treasurer)\n
